Wondering how to get your organization's information to our students/parents?

The Community Events newsletter distributed via ParentSquare is the district’s primary method for sharing community events and opportunities. Please do not bring paper flyers or posters to schools – they will be recycled. Information must be relevant to early learning, elementary, middle and/or high school students, parents, or familes.  Please note that USD 383 has the final determination on whether submitted events or opportunities will be included in the newsletter. No overnight camp information will be shared.

Please submit events, activities, lessons, or opportunities to Tess Riecke.

The last newsletter of the 2025-2026 school year was sent on May 13. Newsletters will not be sent out over the summer. The first newsletter of 2026-2027 will be sent on August 26.

Beginning in August 2026, attachments such as PDFs or image flyers will NOT be included with your post. They are not accessible to those with disabilities nor are they translated into the various languages spoken by families in our district. You must send all the information as text in an email or your event will not be posted.
