College Hill Preschool is a preschool program for children who turn four years old by August 31 of the year they wish to enroll. It is funded through a grant from the State of Kansas.  A family must meet at least one of the following criteria for enrollment:

• Income eligible for free lunch
• Living with one parent at the time of enrollment
• Teen parent(s) at the time of the child's birth
• Parent lacking high school diploma or GED
• Limited English proficiency (as documented by the State)
• A written referral from Social Rehabilitation Services
• Children qualifying for migrant status
• Referral from other programs that serve "at risk" children
• Child assessed as developmentally or academically delayed
• Military parent
