Adult Learning Center Receives Award For the second time in three years, the Kansas Board of Regents has ranked the Manhattan Adult Learning Center as the #1 Adult Education Center in Kansas. Each year every adult education program is evaluated and ranked using the "Indicators of a Quality Adult Education Program."
